Searching Methodology1. Client needs assessment
Understand the client and their culture, position required and the organizational structure. Determine the required set of skills, experience and other characteristics necessary for the success of the position.
2. Position Specification
Prepare position specification that outlines the responsibilities, qualification requirements and criteria for success. Verify the position specification with the client before search.
3. Research
Research managers at different offices identify sources and prospects. Then, research teams access our databases of candidates' pool, corporations and other sources in the industry.
4. Interview Questions design and Interview
Upon receipt of potential candidates' CV's from research team, our human resources specialists will review on them. Professional interview questions and tests are tailor-made to clarify the candidate's quality and behavioral description.
5. Report on Suitable Candidates
Human resources specialist in HK reports on overall research results to the client, including general market situation and candidates' specific confidential comments.
At the same time, our research manager provides feedback to interviewees for quality improvement.
6. Candidate/Client Interview
Upon discussion with the client, we arrange candidate/client interview in HK or PRC.
7. Verification on Candidate
Human Resources Specialist contact referees and persons capable of providing insights about the candidate. We will conduct background check and reference check for successful candidates.
